Who receives your enquiry

Enquiries are received privately by the practice owner. They are not sold, auctioned or automatically distributed to other firms.

What we collect and why

We collect the details you enter in the enquiry form — your proposal, property information and contact details — to assess and respond to your enquiry and, if you appoint us, to carry out the work.

Optional supporting documents are stored privately with the enquiry and used for the same assessment purpose. Do not send identity documents or unrelated personal information. Files are not available through public download links.

Referrals

If we cannot assist, we may ask your permission before introducing another planner. Your details are shared only with your permission.

Marketing

We send updates only if you opt in separately. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Retention and security

Enquiries are stored securely with access limited to authorised administrators, and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
