What it is
Circumstances change after a subdivision is approved. An amendment can adjust the approved layout or conditions; a cancellation withdraws a plan that will not be implemented. Surveyor-General records may also need to be updated.
When you may need it
- Your approved subdivision layout no longer suits the project
- A general plan was approved but the township or subdivision will not proceed
What our work includes

You don’t need these to make an initial enquiry.
What affects cost and duration
