What it is
A site development plan shows how a property will be developed: buildings, parking, access, landscaping and services. Many schemes and approval conditions require an approved SDP before building plans. We prepare the planning content and coordinate with the architect where one is appointed.
When you may need it
- Your rezoning approval requires an SDP
- You are developing a business, industrial or higher-density residential property
What our work includes
