How applications work here
- Applications are submitted to eThekwini Municipality, which decides them under its own municipal planning by-law and land-use scheme.
- Application forms, fees and submission requirements are set by the municipality and change from time to time; we confirm them for each matter.
- Title deed conditions are reviewed separately from zoning, as they can restrict a use even where zoning allows it.
